目的:对新疆地产多伞阿魏进行生药学鉴定研究。方法:采用性状、显微和薄层鉴别法为该药进行初步鉴定研究,并确立其鉴别特征。结果:多伞阿魏根、茎及叶的横切面中存在大量椭圆形的树脂道,最大直径可达10μm;粉末中观察到非腺毛、石细胞、草酸钙方晶、网纹导管和螺纹导管等。薄层色谱中,供试品与阿魏酸对照品相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论:本研究结果可为多伞阿魏的鉴别和质量标准的制订提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacognosy of Polygonum multiflorum in Xinjiang. Methods: The drug was preliminarily identified by trait, microscopical and TLC, and its differential characteristics were established. Results: There were a large number of oval resin cross-sections in the cross-section of the root, the stem and the leaf of Euonymus japonicus, the maximum diameter was up to 10μm, and the non-glandular hair, the stone cells, the calcium oxalate crystal, Catheter and so on. Thin layer chromatography for the test sample and ferulic acid reference substance corresponding position, was the same color spots. Conclusion: The results of this study can provide a reference for the identification of Euonymus japonicus and the formulation of quality standards.
