牛黄是中药制剂中的主要原料之一,也是珍贵药材,在医疗上起着一定的作用。惟因产地不同,形状与气味亦异,所以应鉴别其质量的优劣,始能在应用上不致影响疗效。兹按中药的经验与习惯,结合实际情况,分产地、规格、形态、以及用目察、鼻嗅、口尝的鉴别方法,区别其真伪优劣。(一)产地:1.国产牛黄,2.进口牛黄。(二)规格:1.京牛黄又称西黄和东黄。2.进口牛黄:①金山牛黄,②印度牛黄,③尖子牛黄,④大片黄,⑤小片黄。(1)京牛黄:河北、河南、西北、东北亦有出产,故又称西黄及东黄,京牛黄个大小均有,每个由数分重至一两左右,形状亦多不同,有圆形的有长圆

According to the experience and habits of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the actual situation, the place of production, specifications, shape, and identification methods with visual inspection, nose odor, taste, distinguish the authenticity of its quality. (1) Origin: 1. Domestic bezoar, 2. Imported bezoar. (b) Specifications: 1. Beijing Niuhuang also known as West Yellow and East Yellow. 2. Imported bezoar: 1 Jinshan bezoar, 2 Indian bezoar, 3 top bezoar, 4 large yellow, 5 small yellow. (1) Beijing Niuhuang: Hebei, Henan, northwest and northeast are also produced. Therefore, they are also known as Xihuang and Donghuang, both of which have a large size, each weighing from a few points to one or two, and the shapes are also different. There are long round
