1987年,我公司根据省政府和省经贸委部署对化工品出口实行了承包经营责任制。三年来,年年超额完成国家和省经贸委下达的出口创汇任务。出口额居全国37个省级和计划单列市化工进出口公司的第六位。近几年来,国内化工品市场需求膨胀,能源紧张,水、电、气和原辅材料普遍涨价,导至国内市场化工品价格大幅度上调,面对这种困难局面,公司领导确定了扩大出口货源的指导思想,即:从发展生产人手,千方百计开发化工出口货源,同时还结合近期目标和长远规划,制定了具体商品战略:①巩固扩大现有适销的钡盐、糠醛、电石、润滑脂、五氧化二钒等骨干产品;②发展精细化工,重点扶持染料及其中间体产品及那些数量小、价值高的产品;③重点发展以制成品为主的新商品。三年来,由于采取了一系列有效措施,做了大量艰苦细致的工作,从而形成了本企业的货源优势。
In 1987, our company implemented a contract responsibility system for the export of chemical products in accordance with the provincial government and provincial economic and trade commissions. In the past three years, the task of export earning foreign exchange issued by the national and provincial economic and trade commissions has been exceeded. The export volume ranks sixth among the 37 provincial-level and planned cities in the country. In recent years, the domestic market for chemical products has been inflated, energy shortages, prices for water, electricity, gas, and raw and auxiliary materials have generally risen, leading to a sharp increase in the price of chemicals in the domestic market. In response to this difficult situation, the company’s leadership has determined to expand. The guiding ideology of export sources, namely, the development of production manpower, and every possible means to develop chemical export sources, combined with recent goals and long-term planning, formulated specific commodity strategies: 1 Consolidation and expansion of existing marketable barium salts, furfural, calcium carbide, grease , vanadium pentoxide and other backbone products; 2 development of fine chemicals, focusing on supporting dyes and intermediate products and those with small quantities and high value products; 3 focus on the development of new products based on manufactured goods. In the past three years, due to a series of effective measures, a lot of painstaking and meticulous work has been done, thus forming a source of advantage for the company.
