介绍了电加热精密注塑成型技术。通过对电加热模具和模温控制系统主要参数的CAE数值模拟分析,研究了电加热辅助注塑成型的工艺参数,给出了电热管排布与设计的基本参数与原则。实现了注塑中模具型腔内均匀的温度场,得到了无熔接痕的产品,提高了产品表面质量和性能。
Introduced the electric heating precision injection molding technology. Through the CAE numerical simulation of the main parameters of electric heating mold and mold temperature control system, the process parameters of electric heating assisted injection molding are studied, and the basic parameters and principles of electric heating tube arrangement and design are given. The uniform temperature field in the mold cavity is realized in the injection molding, the product without weld line mark is obtained, and the surface quality and performance of the product are improved.
