温度漂移是制作精密电源的困难之一。本文介绍一种利用温度系数相近但方向相反的两个同类型的运算放大器串接,组成一个等效放大器。由于温度补偿的结果,使等效放大器的温度漂移大大减小。然后再由温度系数较小的稳压管与等效放大器进行温度特性匹配,从而使整机的温度漂移在0℃~50℃范固内小于0.3毫伏。这是在生产中利用一般指标的元件来提高整机指标的途径之一。
Temperature drift is one of the difficulties in making precision power supplies. This article describes a temperature coefficient using similar but opposite direction of the same type of two op amps connected in series to form an equivalent amplifier. As a result of temperature compensation, the equivalent amplifier temperature drift is greatly reduced. And then by the temperature coefficient smaller regulator and the equivalent amplifier temperature characteristics match, so that the whole temperature drift in 0 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ Fan solid less than 0.3 millivolts. This is one of the ways to improve the complete machine’s index by using the components of general indicators in production.
