古时的教学,往往可以联想到“摇头晃脑,之乎者也”。近代的教学又和“教师台上滔滔不绝,学生台下死记硬背”相连。而现代的教学,我认为应该和“艺术”相伴,这里的“艺术”指的是“非语言行为”。教学中的非语言行为指的是教师运用目光、表情、动作等表达某些教学意图的行为。实践证明,教师不仅要靠语言给学生传输信息,还要辅以非语言行为来配合、补充、加强信息表达,使二者共同发挥效力。在某种特定情况下,非语言行为能代替甚至超过语言的作用。那么,如何运用非语言行为辅助教学呢?
Ancient teaching, often can be reminded of “shaking his head and brain, who care also ”. Modern teaching and “teacher stage endless, students rhyme under the table ” connected. In modern teaching, I think it should be accompanied by “art ”, where “art ” refers to “nonverbal behavior ”. Teaching non-verbal behavior refers to the teacher to use the eyes, expressions, movements, etc. to express certain teaching intention. Practice has proved that teachers not only need to rely on language to transfer information to students, but also with non-verbal behavior to complement, supplement, strengthen the expression of information so that both work together. In a particular case, nonverbal behavior can replace or even exceed the role of language. So, how to use non-verbal behavior to aid teaching?
