目的分析2011—2013年陕西省靖边县布鲁氏菌病的发病规律,为今后防治提供科学依据。方法收集2011—2013年靖边县疾病预防控制中心布鲁氏菌病监测资料。结果 2011年在2010年发病人数的基础上上升到16例,2012年由于采取的措施及时有效,疫情得到有效控制,发病人数为6例,2013年发病达32例,呈明显上升态势。结论造成靖边县布鲁氏菌病流行的主要原因是家畜免疫及检疫措施不完善,加之群众的自我保护意识淡薄,今后应加大健康教育力度,必要时对重点人群实施干预;做好中年男性布鲁氏菌病体检工作;布鲁氏菌病的预防需领导重视,多部门密切配合才能顺利开展工作;畜牧部门应加大畜间布鲁氏菌病检疫和免疫工作,及时淘汰病畜。
Objective To analyze the incidence of Brucellosis in Jingbian County of Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2013 and provide a scientific basis for future prevention and treatment. Methods The monitoring data of brucellosis in Jingbian CDC from 2011 to 2013 were collected. Results In 2011, the number of cases was increased to 16 on the basis of the number of cases in 2010. In 2012, due to the prompt and effective measures taken, the outbreak was effectively controlled. The number of cases was 6 cases. In 2013, the incidence was 32 cases, showing a clear upward trend. Conclusions The main causes of brucellosis in Jingbian County are the imperfect animal immunization and quarantine measures and the weak self-protection awareness of the general public. In the future, efforts should be made to increase health education and intervene if necessary in key populations. Annual brucellosis checkup work; prevention of Brucellosis need leadership attention, multi-sectoral close cooperation in order to carry out the work smoothly; livestock sector should increase brucellosis quarantine and immunization work, timely elimination of the disease livestock.
