目的:通过2010~2013年血液科住院患者医院感染部位分布,病原菌特点和耐药性分析,了解病原菌分布情况,为临床合理选择抗生素提供参考。方法:对医院血液科2010~2013年住院患者临床分离的病原菌分布及耐药性进行分析。结果:共分离到487株病原菌,革兰阴性菌占69.2%,革兰阳性菌占27.1%,真菌占3.7%。革兰阴性菌对碳青酶烯类最敏感,革兰阳性菌对万古霉素最敏感。结论:血液科医院感染以革兰阴性菌为主,在细菌培养结果出来前建议用革兰阴性菌为主兼顾革兰阳性菌的广谱抗菌活性强的抗菌药物。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in nosocomial hematology inpatients from 2010 to 2013 by analyzing the distribution of nosocomial infection sites, pathogenic bacteria characteristics and drug resistance, and to provide a reference for the rational selection of antibiotics in clinics. Methods: The pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance of hospitalized patients from 2010 to 2013 in Department of Hematology were analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 487 pathogens were isolated. Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 69.2%, Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 27.1% and fungi accounted for 3.7%. Gram-negative bacteria are the most sensitive to carbapenems, Gram-positive bacteria are the most sensitive to vancomycin. CONCLUSIONS: Gram-negative bacteria are the main infection in hematology hospital. It is suggested that Gram-negative bacteria should be taken into account before the results of bacterial culture. The broad-spectrum antibacterial activity of Gram-positive bacteria should be considered.
