按照亚太经济合作组织(APEC)的目标,我国在APEC中的贸易自由化应比世贸组织目前的水平更高一些,而对我国在世贸组织中的承诺和在APEC的单边行动计划进行的比较表明,中国在APEC单边行动计划中的贸易自由化并没有超过在WTO中的贸易自由化程度。通过分析APEC与WTO的互动关系和APEC的推进方式,指出我国今后在APEC中推动多边贸易体制发展的努力方向。
In accordance with the objective of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), China’s trade liberalization in APEC should be higher than the current level of the WTO, while comparing our commitment in the WTO and the unilateral action plan at APEC It shows that China’s trade liberalization in the APEC unilateral action plan does not exceed the degree of trade liberalization in the WTO. By analyzing the interaction between APEC and WTO and the mode of promoting APEC, the paper points out the direction of our country’s efforts to promote the development of multilateral trade system in APEC in the future.
