研究了非离子型表面活性剂 Triton X- 100 存在下,用5 - Br- P A D A P 光度法联合测定镍和锰的方法。结果表明:在p H9 .0 的硼砂缓冲介质中,5 - Br - P A D A P 与镍和锰生成紫红色络合物,最大吸收波长为λ Nim ax = 575n m ,λm nm a x = 575nm ;表现摩尔吸光系数为ε Ni5 7 5 = 1 .07 ×105 L·m ol- 1 ·cm - 1 ,ε Mn5 7 5 = 1 .12 ×105 L·m ol- 1 ·cm - 1 ;镍量在0 ~16 μg/25 ml ,锰量在0 ~12 μg/25 ml 的范围内符合比耳定律。实测了钢样中镍和锰的含量,结果令人满意。
The method for the determination of nickel and manganese with 5 - Br - P A D A P spectrophotometry in the presence of nonionic surfactant Triton X - 100 was studied. The results show that: in p H9. 0 in borax buffer medium, 5 - Br - P A D A P and nickel and manganese generated purple complexes, the maximum absorption wavelength of λ Nim ax = 575n m, λm nm a x = 575nm; performance molar absorption coefficient of ε Ni5 7 5 = 1. 07 × 105 L · m ol-1 · cm-1, ε Mn5 7 5 = 1. 12 × 105 L · m ol-1 · cm-1; Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-16 μg / 25 ml of nickel and 0-12 μg / 25 ml of manganese. The contents of nickel and manganese in the steel samples were measured and the results were satisfactory.
