目的评价中医适宜技术中艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法在腹泻型肠易激综合症患者中的应用效果。方法 60例腹泻型肠易激综合症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。2组均给予常规治疗方案和护理,治疗组同时采用艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法。评价2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),对照组为76.7%(23/30),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法能进一步改善腹泻型肠易激综合症患者临床症状。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of Yi salt package combined with auricular pressure bean therapy in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. 2 groups were given conventional treatment programs and nursing, treatment group also used Ai salt package hot compress ear acupuncture beans therapy. Evaluation of two groups of clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% (28/30) in the treatment group and 76.7% (23/30) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, Ai salt package combined with ear acupuncture pressure bean therapy can further improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
