利用高温熔体回转振动黏度仪测定了Al1-xMgx(0≤x≤0.10)(质量分数)合金熔体在973~1173K温度范围内的黏度.在该温度区间内,Al1-xMgx(0≤x≤0.10)合金熔体的黏度与温度的关系符合Arrhenius公式.在研究的合金体系内,熔体黏度随镁含量的增加而增大.合金熔体的黏度与其玻璃形成能力有着重要的关系.
The viscosity of Al1-xMgx (0≤x≤0.10) (mass fraction) alloy melt in the temperature range of 973 ~ 1173K was measured by high-temperature melt rotary vibration viscometer. During this temperature range, Al1-xMgx ≤0.10) The relationship between the melt viscosity and the temperature is in accordance with the Arrhenius formula.In the studied alloy system, the melt viscosity increases with the increase of the magnesium content.The viscosity of the alloy melt has an important relationship with the glass forming ability.
