本文简要分析了用3Cr2W8V钢制作气门锻模存在问题的原因,从技术上、经济上提出用HB钢代替3Cr2W8V钢制作锻模的合理性。介绍了HB钢的热处理工艺及生产性试验结果。用HB钢代替3Cr2W8V,可获得较大经济效益而不需增加模具制造成本。
This article briefly analyzes the reasons for using 3Cr2W8V steel valve forging die there are problems, technically and economically proposed HB steel instead of 3Cr2W8V steel forging die rationality. The heat treatment process and production test results of HB steel are introduced. With HB steel instead of 3Cr2W8V, can get greater economic benefits without increasing mold manufacturing costs.
