目的用阻力呼吸配合运动训练的治疗方法,提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期患者呼吸肌的肌力和耐力,提高生活质量。方法将60例COPD缓解期患者分2组,每组30例。其中治疗组将吸气肌增强器接氧气吸入(5L/min),每天2次,每次15分钟进行呼吸训练,同时步行训练,每周不少于5次,每次45分钟,两组均配合常规治疗(包括止咳、祛痰、平喘等);对照组只用常规治疗(包括止咳、祛痰、平喘等),不予运动等指导;两组疗程均为12周。测定治疗前后肺功能、运动耐力,进行生活质量评估。结果治疗组治疗后运动耐力、生活质量评估有提高,肺功能无明显变化,对照组治疗前后肺功能、运动耐力、生活质量无明显变化。结论在医生指导下应用吸气肌增强器接氧气吸入进行呼吸训练配合运动训练,可以改善缓解期COPD患者运动耐力及生活质量。
Objective To improve the quality of life of respiratory muscles in patients with remission of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by means of resistance breathing and exercise training. Methods Sixty patients with COPD were divided into two groups (30 in each group). In the treatment group, the inspiratory muscle enhancer was inhaled oxygen (5L / min) twice a day for 15 minutes for breath training and walking training for at least 5 times a week for 45 minutes each. Both groups With the conventional treatment (including cough, expectorant, asthma, etc.); control group only conventional treatment (including cough, expectorant, asthma, etc.), no exercise guidance; two courses of treatment were 12 weeks. Measurement of lung function before and after treatment, exercise tolerance, quality of life assessment. Results After treatment, the exercise endurance, quality of life, and lung function of the treatment group were improved. There was no significant change in the lung function, exercise endurance and quality of life in the control group before and after treatment. Conclusion Under the guidance of doctors, the use of inhalation of muscle enhancer breathing oxygen breathing training combined with exercise training, can improve remission in patients with exercise-induced endurance and quality of life.
