研究了终轧温度对超低碳Ti-IF钢的组织性能和连续退火板织构的影响。试验采用810℃、850℃、890℃和910℃4种不同终轧温度。结果表明,终轧温度直接影响退火试样的组织性能和织构特征。在810℃和910℃低温终轧时,退火组织较均匀,力学性能较好,退火后有利织构ND//{111}显著增强,r值较高。而在850℃和890℃终轧温度下轧制时,其退火板显微组织不是很均匀,性能和织构特征都相对较差。
The effects of finishing temperature on microstructure and properties of continuous annealed sheet were studied. The test uses 810 ℃, 850 ℃, 890 ℃ and 910 ℃ 4 different finish rolling temperature. The results show that the finishing temperature directly affects the microstructure and texture of the annealed samples. At 810 ℃ and 910 ℃ low temperature finish rolling, the annealed microstructure is more uniform and the mechanical properties are better. After annealing, the textured ND / {111} is significantly enhanced and the r value is higher. However, when annealed at 850 ℃ and 890 ℃, the microstructure of the annealed sheet is not uniform and the properties and textures are relatively poor.
