WJ901103 铁水预处理用喷枪耐火材料寿命的提高——《耐火物》,1989年,vol41,№10,32~35,(日)日本钢管公司福山制铁所使用喷枪向铁水中喷吹助熔剂进行脱磷处理,喷枪管耐火材料采用的是锆石质与Al_2O_3质浇灌料。这种材质的喷枪用于喷吹石灰系助熔剂时十分耐用,而用于喷吹含有少量碳酸钠粉的助熔剂时寿命显著下降。文章就铁水脱磷处理用喷枪耐火材料与心部金属结构的改进进行了探讨,指出,增大喷枪管心部金属结构的厚度,提高心部金属的强度可有效抑制喷枪的弯曲、龟裂与耐火材料剥落,提高喷枪的使用寿命;提高喷枪管耐火材料的Al_2O_3含量,其耐蚀性虽有一定提高,但效果不大。图4幅,表2个,参考文献4种。
