教育教学,应该是师生之间真诚的情感交流,是师生之间共同营造的一种和谐氛围。但长期受“师道尊严”传统观念的影响,老师们似乎总放不下“先生”的架子。一些老师对“以人为本”的教育理念还认识得不够深刻,总是把学生看成接受教育的对象而已,而不是把他们看成是与我们平等的人,对学生虽然给予父母般的关爱,但这种关爱只是停留在一种“亲子模式”之上,殊不知新世纪的青少年需要的不仅仅是关爱,更是尊重。
