厚松散层破碎围岩大巷分阶段支护技术

为了控制新桥煤矿厚松散层破碎围岩大巷持续剧烈变形,采用地质雷达测试围岩松动圈范围,为支护设计提供可靠的理论依据,测试结果表明,围岩松动范围1.5~2.5 m。针对大松动圈破碎围岩特性,采用分阶段支护技术,适时动态控制围岩变形,矿压观测结果表明,采用锚网喷支护形式有效控制了巷道顶板和两帮的初期稳定,采用底板反拱注浆支护形式有效控制了底鼓变形,后期采用帮部滞后注浆有效控制两帮围岩变形。支护方案科学、合理,达到了预期的支护目标。 In order to control the continued severe deformation of the roadway in the crushed surrounding rock with thick alluvium in Xinqiao coal mine, the range of the loose ring of surrounding rock is tested by GPR, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the support design. The test results show that the rock loosening range is 1.5-2.5 m. Aiming at the characteristics of broken loose rock in big loose ring, the staged support technology is adopted to control the deformation of surrounding rock timely and dynamically. The result of rock pressure observation shows that the use of anchor net spray support effectively control the initial stability of roadway roof and two gangues. Inverted arch grouting support form effectively control the deformation of the bottom drum, the late use of help lag grouting effective control of two sets of surrounding rock deformation. Support program is scientific and reasonable, reaching the expected support target.
