四月二十三日,机械一系举行了首届学生科研报告会。会上,八一、八二级同学宣读了“机液式正弦信号发生器频率特性分析”、“热电偶定标装置的研制与实验”、“光栅式传感器连接装置设计及参数的优选”等八篇论文。这些研究课题,有的对某些理论问题进行了初步探讨,有的结合实践,进行了部分装置、设备的安装和改造,有的采用微机等现代技术,更新了教学实验的手段。如八二级两名同学完成的“计算机在统计法分析加工精度中的应用”这一课题,利用微机处理实验数据,使“加工误差的统计分析”这一教学实验的实验精度得到了提高。该成果已应用于教学实验中。
On April 23, the first series of student scientific research was held in Machinery Department. At the meeting, students of August 1st and August 2nd read out “Analysis of Frequency Characteristics of Machining Sinusoidal Signal Generator”, “Development and Experiment of Thermocouple Calibration Device”, “Design of Grating Sensor Connection Device and Optimization of Parameters”, etc. Eight papers. Some of these research topics, some of the theoretical issues were initially explored, some with practice, the installation of some devices, equipment and transformation, and some use of modern technologies such as microcomputers, updated teaching experiment means. For example, the application of computer in the analysis of machining accuracy by statistical method was completed by two classmates in August and August. The experiment data was processed by microcomputer to improve the experimental accuracy of the statistical analysis of machining error. The results have been used in teaching experiments.
