依据涡轮增压器止推轴承的特殊工况,首次采用粉末冶金技术来制取该类材料.在确定主要工艺参数的基础上,研究了基体材料的组成及其相互影响;检测了材料的摩擦磨损性能;分析了装机台架综合考核数据;同时,将该产品与国际上现用同类产品进行性能比较,结果表明,该材料的拉伸强度和自润滑性能等优于国际上同类产品性能.该产品现已投入工业生产和批量应用,取得了十分满意的经济效益.
According to the turbocharger thrust bearing special conditions, the first use of powder metallurgy technology to produce such materials. Based on the determination of the main process parameters, the composition of the matrix material and its mutual influence were studied. The friction and wear properties of the materials were tested. The comprehensive assessment data of the machine bench was analyzed. At the same time, The results show that the tensile strength and self-lubricating properties of the material are superior to those of similar products in the world.
