张家港市华兴电厂为我国首例大型燃气发电厂,建设规模为2×395MW燃汽~蒸汽联合循环发电机组。其配套的大件码头和调压站设计建造于厂区二干河面上,基础形式采用水下灌注桩方案。本工程施工中的重点为水上施工平台的搭建和水下内、外双护筒成桩施工,经高、低应变检测表明桩体质量均满足设计要求,为水下桩基工程施工提供了有益的实践经验。
Zhangjiagang Huaxing Power Plant is the first large-scale gas power plant in China with a construction scale of 2 × 395MW gas-steam combined cycle power generation unit. Its supporting large wharf and pressure regulating station designed to build two dry river in the plant area, the basic form of underwater bored piles program. The construction of the project focuses on the construction of offshore construction platform and the construction of underwater double-tube and double-outer tubular shell. The high and low strain tests show that the pile body quality meets the design requirements and provides benefits for underwater pile foundation construction Practical experience.
