存在于睾丸的提取液,精浆、睾丸网液和卵巢滤泡液中的抑制素是一种蛋白质激素,有抑制FSH的作用,但其抑制机制仍不十分清楚。作者对能分泌FSH和LH的大鼠垂体前叶细胞进行体外培养,把抑制素的粗制剂(从羊睾丸淋巴液中获得,简称OTLS)加入培养液中,在培养后不同时间(6、24、48、72……小时)用放射免疫法分别测量释放到培养液内FSH和LH量以及每个培养皿的15,000个细胞内FSH和LH的含量。结果表明,细胞与OTLS一起孵育48小时后细胞内FSH含量和细胞释放到培养液内FSH量均明显减少,并呈现为FSH剂量依赖性抑制,但却不出现LH剂量依赖性抑制。细胞与OTLS短时间(6小时)的孵育并不减少FSH的释放量,细胞内FSH和
Inhibin, present in testicular extracts, seminal fluid, testicular hydrostatic fluid and ovarian follicular fluid, is a protein hormone that inhibits FSH but its mechanism of inhibition is still not well understood. The authors cultured rat anterior pituitary cells capable of secreting FSH and LH in vitro and added the crude formulation of inhibin (obtained from sheep testis lymph, referred to as OTLS for short) to the culture medium at different times (6, 24 , 48, 72, ... hours) The amount of FSH and LH released into the culture fluid and the amount of FSH and LH within 15,000 cells per dish were measured by radioimmunoassay, respectively.
