0 引 言 近几年来,随着学校体育改革的深入,发展学生的个性问题已日趋受到人们的重视,已经成为体育理论界的新课题。从1987年开始,《学校体育》“探索园地”专栏中,先后由数人从不同角度讨论了这一问题,指出在我国学校体育的目的任务中,应充实这一内容。但是在实际工作中,尽管也有人开始进行了尝试,却仍有相当一部分体育工作者对此存有重重疑虑和偏见。其主要表现有二:其一,把发展学生个性视为资产阶级人性论,使人禁若寒蝉,望而生畏;其二,有一定正确认识,但缺乏发展个性的理论与方法,盲目发展学生个性,结果适得其反。所以有必要对此问题进行分析、探讨,以引起人们的高度重视,提高认识,
