为了解肺心病微循环改变的特点及其与临床的联系,以便进一步寻找有效的防治方法。我们于1974年9月开始对肺心病甲皱微循环进行观察。现将其结果报告如下,并就其临床意义进行初步探讨。
In order to understand the characteristics of microcirculation of pulmonary heart disease and its clinical connection, in order to further find effective prevention and treatment methods. We started in September 1974 on the observation of pulmonary heart disease nail fold microcirculation. The results are reported below, and its clinical implications of a preliminary study.
