昆明市马铃薯能周年生产,供应市场.但在生产过程中,由于病毒病的危害,导致种薯的退化,难于留种.在过去的一、二十年的生产中,种植面积逐渐减少.为了解决种薯退化,延长品种的使用年限,农民采用异地换种和秋薯留种来延缓退化,但是不能根除病毒的影响.此外,秋薯的来源也不能解决.在借鉴传统经验的基础上,我们于1990~1992年进行了脱毒小薯生产技术与其相应的良繁体系的研究.2 材料与方法2.1 供试材料用适应二或三季栽培的品种CIP—24、CFK89.1和米拉作为脱毒快繁材料.
