来自山东省职业介绍中心的统计资料,从近期职业工种需求上看,营销人员、饭店管理餐饮服务人员、广告设计、装饰设计等专业人员、各类技术工人等仍是市场需求的热门职业,其中各类技术工人、餐饮服务人员和各类营销人才的需求尤为突出。营销人员及广告设计、装饰设计等专业人才一直是劳动力市场上的用人大户,占岗位空缺的43.6%,有70%的单位对营销业务人员有需求。单位对这部分人员的素质要求较高,同时需要求职者有工作经验及业务关系,短时期能够给公司带来业务。求职者往往在这些行业应聘的流动性很大,在一家单位边工作边留意待遇更高的空缺岗位,发现后就辞职转入另一家企业,大部分应聘者往往不能在试用期间带来业务,收入没有保障,使企业留不住人才,这是劳动力市场普遍存在的一种现象。
