我院自1997年1月至1999年1月,对60例子宫异常出血患者在超声提示下明确诊断后,即在超声引导下进行宫腔内注入无水乙醇治疗,其后在观察临床效果同时,应用B超复查宫内情况,收到了满意的效果。现报道如下。 资料与方法 研究对象:本组60例年龄29～57岁,平均43岁。病程2月至5年。治疗前阴道不规则流血15天至120天。23例经清宫和激素治疗病情未控,初治37例。凡接受该方法治疗者,全部为已婚无生育要求患者,术前停用一切药物并常规进行B超检查,其中23例做内膜活检排除生殖器恶性病。
