北京水利水电学校(以下简称“学校”)充分整合行业内资源、优势互补,为职工综合素质提升搭建平台。2016年,按照北京市水务局党组的统一部署,应局属单位广大基层职工的培训需求,在局工会、科教处等处室的帮助下,成功举办了“市水务局系统职工综合素质提升培训”和“新入职人员水务基础知识培训”两个专题的系列培训,得到参训单位的大力支持以及参训学员的充分肯定,取得良好的培训效果,有力助推了北京市水务系统职工教育工作,成为水务职工素质建设的重要实践。
