[本刊讯]按照公安部和国家林业局的部署,森林公安局决定,今明两年在全国森林公安机关和全体民警中开展“全心全意为人民服务的宗旨教育,实事求是的思想路线教育,严格、公正、文明执法的法制教育”为主要内容的“三项教育”活动。全国森林公安机关“三项教育”按照“先基层,后机关”的总体部署,分三批开展。第一批为试点,于2000年10月～12月进行,试点单位为内蒙古大兴安岭阿尔山森林公安局、吉林省白河林业公安局、湖南省怀化市公安局森林公安支队、甘肃省白龙江森林公安局舟曲公安分局;第二批在县级森林公安机关全面铺开,分别于2001年3月～5月(黄河以南)6月～8月(黄河以北)进行;第
