利用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)/H2O2催化体系合成对羟基苯甲醛(PHB)和对羟基苯磺酸钠(PHS)的共聚物。首先,PHB和乙二醇反应生成对羟基苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛(PHBEA)以保护醛基,然后进行PHBEA和PHS酶催化聚合,最后在酸性条件下解除缩醛得到PHB-PHS共聚产物。研究了单体摩尔比、体系pH、反应温度、HRP用量和H2O2滴加时间对PHBEA和PHS共聚反应的影响。用FTIR、NMR、GPC表征了产物结构。应用结果表明,应用革收缩温度(Ts)从54℃(鞣制前)提高至74.5℃(鞣制后)。该产物具有助染、鞣制等性能。
The copolymer of p - hydroxybenzaldehyde (PHB) and sodium p - hydroxybenzenesulfonate (PHS) was synthesized by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) / H2O2 catalytic system. First, PHB reacts with ethylene glycol to form p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal (PHBEA) to protect the aldehyde groups. Then, PHBEA and PHS are used to catalyze the polymerization. Finally, acetalization is terminated under acidic conditions to obtain a PHB-PHS copolymer. The effects of monomer molar ratio, system pH, reaction temperature, HRP dosage and H2O2 addition time on the copolymerization of PHBEA and PHS were studied. The product structure was characterized by FTIR, NMR and GPC. Application results show that the application temperature (Ts) shrinks from 54 ° C (before tanning) to 74.5 ° C (after tanning). The product has help dye, tanning and other properties.
