以鄂西地方玉米巫溪(W)、美国硬粒坚杆玉米(B)及墨西哥耐热玉米墨黄九(M)3个开放授粉群体为主体,加另外8份材料经手配重组和3次隔离区混粉重组合成的用于轮回选择的基础群体WBMCo等4个开放群体为试材,比较了单株粒重、穗重、株高等15个农艺性状的平均值及标准差。以穗粒重为因变量进行回归分析,以及用RAPD和RFLP分析技术,在DNA水平上进行遗传多态性的初步研究。结果表明,同一性状的均值,在4个群体间存在差异。其中穗长、穗粗、行粒数、穗重、穗粒重、百粒重、轴粗、轴重、出籽率的均值,以WBMCo最大。同一性状的标准差,在4个群体中以WMBCo在穗长、穗行数、穗重、穗粒重、百粒重、轴粗、轴重、株高性状变异丰富。4个群体的回归方程中,影响单株籽粒产量的自变量因子效应大小不同。RAPD及RFLP分析较好地揭示了供试材料在DNA水平上的遗传变异。组建的WBMCo群体符合轮回选择基础群体的要求。
Three open pollinators were selected from the western part of western Guangxi, including Wuxi (W), American Duroc (B) and Mexico (Yellow) Four open groups (WBMCo, the basic group for reincarnation) were selected as test materials to compare the average and standard deviation of grain weight, panicle weight, plant height and other 15 agronomic traits. The regression analysis was conducted using the kernel weight as the dependent variable, and the preliminary study of genetic polymorphism at the DNA level by RAPD and RFLP analysis. The results showed that the mean value of the same trait differed among the four populations. Among them, panicle length, panicle diameter, grain number per panicle, panicle weight, panicle weight, 100-grain weight, axis diameter, axle weight, and seed-yield were all the highest in WBMCo. The standard deviation of the same trait showed that WMBCo was abundant in four populations in terms of ear length, ear number, ear weight, grain weight per ear, grain weight per 100, shaft diameter, axle weight and plant height. In the regression equations of four groups, the independent variable factors affecting the grain yield per plant were different in size. RAPD and RFLP analysis revealed the genetic variation of the tested materials at the DNA level well. The formation of the WBMCo group meets the requirements of the reincarnation base group.
