本文利用河豚毒素(TTX)标准品作为研究对象,探讨建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定河豚毒素的方法。采用ESI正离子模式检测并对方法进行验证,0-50ng/m L范围内河豚毒素含量与相对丰度具有极高的线性,相关系数r=0.9999,精密度RSD≤3%,检出限为1.0ng/m L,结果表明液相色谱-串联质谱法是一种理想的检测河豚毒素的方法,可满足低含量河豚毒素的检测。
In this paper, tetrodotoxin (TTX) standard was used as the research object to establish a method for the determination of tetrodotoxin by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The positive ion mode of ESI was used to detect and validate the method. The content of tetrodotoxin in the range of 0-50ng / m L had a very high linearity with relative abundance, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the RSD was less than or equal to 3% and the detection limit was 1.0ng / m L, the results show that liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry is an ideal method for the detection of tetrodotoxin, to meet the detection of low levels of tetrodotoxin.
