一个企业要想在当今经济迅猛发展的社会里长期立于不败之地,就必须在发展企业后劲上下功夫。要想使企业后劲足,就必须对企业的生产活动科学的加以管理,对生产设备进行必要的更新改造和合理地进行建设性投入以扩大再生产。小水电企业也不例外,为了能使“安全、经济、满发、多供、少损”的方针真正落到实处,就必须在对发电及供电部门的设备进行良好的运行维护的同时,对企业实施必要的,甚至是大规模的更新改造,这一切都需要大量的资金投入。
