全球化是一个涉及经济、政治、文化、社会等多方面的综合性概念,它是多种因素相互作用的结果,但决定性的力量是资本。资本具有双重逻辑:一是创造文明的逻辑,二是追求价值增殖的逻辑。这两种逻辑并不是彼此分离的,而是内在结合在一起的;追求价值增殖的逻辑更为根本。在全球化条件下,必须正确对待资本的双重逻辑,既要充分发挥资本创造文明的作用,又要合理引导资本的发展。
Globalization is a comprehensive concept involving many aspects such as economy, politics, culture and society. It is the result of many factors interacting with each other. However, the decisive force is capital. Capital has dual logic: one is to create the logic of civilization, the other is to pursue the logic of value proliferation. These two kinds of logic are not separated from each other, but internally combined; the logic of the pursuit of value proliferation is more fundamental. Under the conditions of globalization, we must correctly handle the dual logic of capital. It is necessary to give full play to the role of capital in creating civilization and to guide the development of capital rationally.
