目的分析研究氟中毒对中枢神经系统的影响及相关治疗措施。方法选取56只大鼠进行试验,根据饲养水质不同分为高氟组及对照组,对比两组大鼠中枢神经系统蛋白含量、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及抗氧化能力,分析氟中毒对中枢神经系统产生的影响,另抽取406例氟中毒中枢神经系统疾病患者脑囊虫感染患者进行研究,对其进行流行病学分析,并根据上述研究结果探讨氟中毒中枢神经系统疾病的干预治疗措施。结果染毒第10、30、60、90天时高氟组大鼠中枢神经系统中蛋白含量均明显低于对照组,中枢神经系统抗氧化能力远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组大鼠中枢神经系统中乙酰胆碱酯酶活性水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);氟中毒中枢神经系统疾病脑囊虫感染发病与年龄及性别无相关性,通过阿苯达唑、吡喹酮类抗囊虫药物可改善患者临床症状。结论氟中毒会导致对中枢神经系统造成严重损伤,导致蛋白含量、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及抗氧化能力降低,通过阿苯达唑、吡喹酮进行治疗疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of fluoride poisoning on the central nervous system and related treatment measures. Methods Fifty-six rats were selected for experiment and divided into high fluoride group and control group according to different feeding water quality. The central nervous system protein content, acetylcholinesterase activity and antioxidant capacity were compared between the two groups. The effects of fluorosis on central nervous system , And the other 406 cases of patients with central nervous system diseases of fluorosis poisoning were studied. The epidemiological analysis was carried out. According to the above results, the intervention treatment of central nervous system diseases of fluorosis was explored. Results On the 10th, 30th, 60th and 90th days after exposure, the protein content in central nervous system of rats in high fluoride group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the antioxidant capacity of central nervous system was much lower than that in control group (P < 0.01). There was significant difference in the levels of acetylcholinesterase in the central nervous system between the two groups (P <0.01). There was no correlation between the incidence of cerebral cysticercosis in central nervous system diseases of fluorosis and age and sex. Praziquantel cysticercosis drugs can improve the clinical symptoms of patients. Conclusion Fluorosis can lead to severe damage to the central nervous system, resulting in decreased protein content, acetylcholinesterase activity and anti-oxidative capacity. The treatment with albendazole and praziquantel has definite curative effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect.
