目的探讨超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对手部血管球瘤的诊断价值。方法分析了58例手部血管球瘤的声像图特征及病理结果,并与X-线,MRI等影像检查结果进行了对照。结果手部血管球瘤的主要声像图特征:(1)软组织内肿瘤,呈现以低回声为主的混合性回声;(2)肿瘤无包膜回声,形态规则,多呈椭圆形,与周围组织境界清晰;(3)瘤体内多数可探及丰富血流信号(52/58)。超声术前诊断与术后病理符合率为89.7%,为手术方案的制定提供了重要依据。结论超声对手部血管球瘤的诊断有重要临床价值,可作为手部血管球瘤的首选影像学诊断方法。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of hand-derived gliomas. Methods Fifty-eight cases of hand-held glomus tumors were analyzed with sonographic features and pathological findings. The results were compared with the results of X-ray and MRI examinations. Results The main sonographic features of hand-held glomus tumors were: (1) soft-tissue tumors with hypoechoic mixed echoes; (2) tumor-free enveloping echoes with regular morphology, mostly oval and surrounding Organization clear; (3) most of the tumor can explore and enrich the blood flow signal (52/58). Ultrasound preoperative diagnosis and postoperative pathology coincidence rate was 89.7%, provided an important basis for the development of surgical options. Conclusion Ultrasound has important clinical value in the diagnosis of hemobulbar tumors of the hand and can be used as the first choice of imaging diagnosis of hand-held glomus tumors.
