为贯彻执行《中共中央关于科学技术体制改革的决定》,国家科委科技情报局于1985年6月6～10日在南京召开了全国科技情报体制改革座谈会。参加会议的有关代表148人。科技情报局局长江廷炯就科技情报体制改革的问题作了发言。经过会议讨论,大家对以下四个问题取得了比较一致的认识,现刊载如下。
In order to implement the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of Science and Technology System, the S & T Intelligence Technology Bureau of the State Science and Technology Commission held a symposium on the national science and technology information system reform in Nanjing from June 6 to June 10, 1985. 148 delegates attended the meeting. Jiang Tingjiong, director of Scientific and Technological Intelligence Bureau, made a speech on the issue of the reform of the science and technology intelligence system. After discussion at the meeting, everyone has gained a relatively common understanding of the following four issues, which are as follows.
