为了深入研究扫洗机行走液压系统的响应速度,建立了该系统的数学模型,并进行了理论分析。理论分析与AMESim仿真结果表明:系统的响应速度与油液体积模量及进油管的弹性模量成正比,与马达轴上的等效转动惯量及进油管长度成反比。最后,根据工程实际应用,提出了提高系统响应速度的具体措施。
In order to further study the response speed of the sweeping machine hydraulic system, a mathematical model of the system is established and analyzed theoretically. Theoretical analysis and AMESim simulation results show that the response speed of the system is proportional to the volume modulus of the oil and the elastic modulus of the oil inlet pipe and inversely proportional to the equivalent moment of inertia and length of the oil inlet pipe on the motor shaft. Finally, according to the practical application of the project, some specific measures to improve the system response speed are put forward.
