对厚度为4mm+18mm的310S+Q235复合钢板进行焊接试验,通过对基层、覆层材料的焊接性分析,从而确定其焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接坡口、焊接顺序及焊接参数等,并对焊接接头的金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,Q235的焊缝组织主要是铁素体和珠光体,310S不锈钢的焊缝组织为单相奥氏体和少量的铁素体,过渡层焊缝组织为珠光体和铁素体。
The welding test of 310S + Q235 composite steel plate with thickness of 4mm + 18mm was carried out. The welding method, welding material, welding groove, welding sequence and welding parameters of the 310S + Q235 composite steel were determined by analyzing the weldability of base and cladding materials. The microstructure of the welded joint was analyzed. The results show that the weld microstructure of Q235 is mainly ferrite and pearlite. The weld microstructure of 310S stainless steel is single - phase austenite and a small amount of ferrite. The weld microstructure of transitional layer is pearlite and ferrite.
