论述了我国电力市场化改革的总体目标,着重分析了国内外主要发电市场竞价模式,并对3种主要竞价模式进行了分析比较。面对华东区域市场电网的实际情况,提出了在现有竞价模式下完善华东区域发电市场的设想。
Discussed the overall goal of China’s electricity market-oriented reform, focusing on analysis of domestic and foreign major power generation market bidding model, and the three major bidding models were analyzed and compared. Faced with the actual situation of the power grid in East China market, this paper proposes the idea of perfecting the power generation market in East China under the current bidding model.
