患者,男,43岁。因鼻塞、脓涕4年入院。既往史、个人史、婚姻家族史无特殊。4年前,患者无明显诱因出现持续性鼻塞,伴脓涕,鼻腔干痂及嗅觉减退,时有头晕、头痛症状,无畏寒、发热、恶心、呕吐、咳嗽、咳痰、视力减退、吞咽及呼吸困难等症状。在外院予抗炎治疗(具体不详),症状无缓?
