聚丙烯(PP)主链上存在的大量叔氢在热氧作用下失去劣化了这类通用塑料的防老化性能。本工作用锌溶胶/钛酸酯偶联剂NDS-01(R_3Ti-0-TiR_3,R=-OOC(CH_2)_7CH_2CHCl(CH_2)_7CH_3)处理硅灰石对PP进行填充改性,有效地提高了PP的防热氧老化和湿热老化性能。
The loss of a large number of tertiary hydrogens present on the polypropylene (PP) backbone under the action of hot oxygen deteriorates the anti-aging properties of such general purpose plastics. In this work, wollastonite was filled and modified with zinc sol / titanate coupling agent NDS-01 (R_3Ti-0-TiR_3, R = -OOC (CH_2) _7CH_2CHCl (CH_2) _7CH_3) PP anti-aging heat aging and heat aging properties.
