为了探讨椴木尘的毒性,我们测定了宁波火柴厂以接触椴木尘为主工人的外周血淋巴细胞微核率,并用椴木尘浸出液对小鼠进行了微核试验及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和肝组织过氧化脂质(LPO)水平影响的研究。结果表明,接触椴木尘工人的外周血淋巴细胞微核阳性率与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),且小鼠微核试验阳性,呈明显的剂量-反应关系;染毒小鼠SOD活性及LPO水平与对照组相比有显著性变化(P<0.05),并有明显的剂量-反应关系,说明此种椴木尘可能存在一定的毒性
In order to investigate the toxicity of linden wood dust, we measured the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in workers in Ningbo match factory to make contact with basswood dust. The mice were subjected to micronucleus test and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxidation (LPO) levels in liver tissue. The results showed that the positive rate of micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes of workers exposed to Basswood dust was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.01), and the micronucleus test in mice showed positive dose-response relationship. The SOD activity and LPO level in the exposed mice were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05), and there was a significant dose-response relationship, indicating that this linden wood dust may have some toxicity
