本品为白色压制片.每片含对乙酰氨基酚(C_5H_9NO_2)500毫克,磷酸可待因(C_(18)H_(21)NO_3·H_3PO_4·1(1/2)H_2O)8.4mg.[作用特点]本品为镇痛药,所含的两种主药是通过不同的作用机理而发挥镇痛疗效的.作为麻醉药的可待因与中枢神经系统的特异阿片受体相结合,而作为解热镇痛药的扑热息痛(对乙酰氨基酚)则在外周发挥其镇痛作用.两者合并给药对镇痛具有相加作用.
