本文主要对高速钢(18—4—1和6—5—4—2)的细化晶粒工艺进行了探讨,试验证明,单纯采用降低淬火温度来获得细晶粒的方法,红硬性低,不利于发挥高速钢的优点,而采用预处理(回火退火)的方法,不仅可以使晶粒细化,还保持高速铜的高硬度、高红硬性的特点、试验还说明回火退火细化晶粒的工艺参数比较狭窄,需要严格控制,才能得到较佳效果。此工艺细化晶粒的原因在于析出了适当数量及大小的 M_6C 碳化物。
In this paper, the grain refinement process of high speed steel (18-4-1 and 6-5-4-2) is mainly discussed.
