正在召开的2011年吉林省两会上,“建立职工工资正常增长和支付保障机制,实行工资集体协商”被明确写进了省政府工作报告。在吉林省两会上,多位代表委员都提到了工资集体协商对收入分配的关键作用,该制度被首次写入吉林省政府工作报告,令他们欣喜。近年来,吉林省各级工会组织积极推进工资集体协商工作,主动与人力资源和社会保障部门、企业代表组织等协调配合,到目前,全省开展工资集体协商的企业达到7149户,占建会企业总数的35.67%,覆盖职工97.2万人。省政协委员、吉林市总工会副主席宋秋实表
