研究了不同掺量和细度的建筑垃圾、建筑垃圾与矿粉复掺作掺和料取代水泥对混凝土性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对试样进行微观测试。研究表明,随着建筑垃圾掺量的增加,混凝土抗压强度下降明显,且掺量不宜超过25%;在建筑垃圾掺量相同的条件下,混凝土强度随建筑垃圾细度的增加而逐渐增加,其适宜比表面积为450m2/kg;建筑垃圾与矿粉复掺作掺和量制备的混凝土强度均高于单掺建筑垃圾的混凝土强度。
The effects of different dosages and finenesses of construction rubbish, construction rubbish and mineral powder doping as admixture on the performance of concrete were studied. The microstructure of the concrete was tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the compressive strength of concrete decreases obviously with the increase of the amount of construction waste, and the dosage should not exceed 25%. With the same amount of construction waste, the strength of concrete increases with the increase of the fineness of construction waste, The suitable specific surface area is 450m2 / kg. The strength of concrete prepared by the mixed dredging of construction waste and mineral dust is higher than the concrete strength of single mixed construction waste.
