不论是使用粘合、铆接、螺纹连接还是焊接,当我们把原材料连接到一起时,正确的连接技术对于产品的设计和生产效率,扮演着越发重要的角色。即使是“仅仅”连接2个塑料元件,众多的连接技术也会让用户难以选择,这包括加热工具焊接法、热风铆接法、热接触铆接法、红外线焊接法、激光焊接法以及超声波焊接/铆接法。汽车内饰特别适合表面焊接和冷工具铆接,故通常选择超声波焊接/铆接法。
Whether using gluing, riveting, screwing or welding, the right connection technology plays an increasingly important role in product design and production efficiency when we connect raw materials together. Automotive interior particularly suitable for surface welding and cold tool riveting, it is usually the choice of ultrasonic welding / riveting method.
