临床发现 ,由西洋参、川芎、苍术、香附、蒲黄、红花、山楂等组成的中药开心胶囊对心肌缺血有改善作用。为探讨其作用机理 ,建立垂体后叶素 (Pit)造成的心肌缺血大鼠模型 ,观察中药开心胶囊不同剂量对心肌缺血大鼠的防治作用 ,并以肠溶阿斯匹林作阳性对照 ,结果中药开心胶囊高剂量组可改善Pit引起的心肌缺血并提高大鼠 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α (6 -Keto -PGF1α)的含量 (与模型组比P <0 .0 1) ;中、高剂量组可提高Pit引起的心肌缺血大鼠超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)的含量 ,降低血栓素B2 (TXB2 )含量 (与模型组比P <0 .0 1)。推测开心胶囊可能通过降低TXB2 活性 ,提高SOD及 6 -Keto -PGF1α的活性 ,纠正血栓素 /前列环素 (TXA2 /PGI2 )的失衡 ,从而起到防治心肌缺血的作用 ;并提示中医补气活血行气法是否也有类似作用 ,值得进一步研究
According to clinical findings, Chinese medicine Kaixin Capsules, composed of American ginseng, Chuanxiong, Cangzhu, Xiangfu, Puhuang, Honghua, and Hawthorn, have improved myocardial ischemia. To investigate its mechanism of action, a rat model of myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin (Pit) was established to observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of different doses of Chinese medicine Kaixin capsule on rats with myocardial ischemia, and enteric-coated aspirin was used as a positive control. RESULTS: High-dose Chinese medicine Kaixin capsules can improve Pit-induced myocardial ischemia and increase 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α) levels in rats (P <0.01 vs. model group); In the high-dose group, the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rats with myocardial ischemia induced by Pit was increased, and the TXB2 content was decreased (P<0.01 compared with the model group). It is speculated that Kaixin capsule may play an important role in prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia by reducing the activity of TXB2, increasing the activity of SOD and 6-Keto-PGF1α, and correcting the imbalance of thromboxane/prostacyclin (TXA2/PGI2); Does the Huoxue Qiqi Method have a similar effect and deserves further study?
