本文是建立在经济学院厦门房地产实践分队为期8天走访海沧政府、厦门市国土资源局与房产管理局、各房地产公司和中介公司的座谈会、楼盘参观以及对市民的问卷调查的基础上,分析厦门2006上半年的房地产市场现状,预期在“国六条”影响下的市场价格走势要结构是:先介绍上半年房地产市场发展的主要情况,其次结合本小组制作的厦门房地产问卷调查和XMHOUSE.COM地产研发部的网上调查,从人口数量、贫富差距、实际负利率和土地价格四个方面来阐述在“国六条”影响下未来厦门房地产的市场走势;最后,指出当前厦门房地产市场运行过程中值得关注的问题以及相关建议。
